Fisting?

I was wondering if anyone else on here is curious about fisting?
After four children and being the age I am,lets just say things are a little lose downstairs and I find that larger toys are required to give me the sensation of being really full and stretched. I have an inflatable plug that I use regularly but was wondering if fisting was a safe thing to do at my age and what does it actually feel like?
I only have a vague recollection of internal exam's to go on and they were not pleasant to say the least!
